1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7–14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items such as earbuds, personal-use electronics, or clearance items may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof

  • We will offer a replacement or refund after verification


3. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless item is defective)


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12–24 hours of placement. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges depend on product availability.
